1. Objectives

• to support the organization of the ESOP-related events à international symposia, masterclass, regional educational events
• to prepare a proposal of a uniform basis for the organization of events, including a wide range of possible factors, finances, timetable, deadlines definitions (to study and prepare various possibilities of cooperation between the ESOP and the host nation’s organizing committee) 
• to facilitate the organization of events and intensify cooperation between the various committees and board (to establish continuous communication between chairs board)

2.  Brief description of role or duties
