On December 15, 2017 ESOP received from Juan Garcia Burgos / Head of Public Engagement Department in EMA/ the result of re-evaluation of eligibility European Society of Oncology Pharmacy continues to comply with the EMA eligibility requirements and will therefore remain on the list of EMA eligible organisations and be contacted for involvement in EMA activities as appropriate

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) engages with a network of over twenty eligible organisations ensuring that the needs and concerns of a wide range of healthcare professionals across Europe are represented via direct contact with the EMA.

These organisations are not-for-profit, in most cases have a European Union-wide mandate, and include:

  • umbrella organisations encompassing a number of smaller or national organisations;
  • organisations with a focus on a specific area.

Eligible organisations receive targeted EMA communications and consultations and frequently assist in the identification of experts for product-specific matters.

All of the listed organisations have been evaluated and confirmed to fulfill the eligibility criteria for working with EMA.
